SPRING BAND TRIP MEETING – APRIL 5TH

Each year, before our spring trip, AISD requires us to have a Mandatory Meeting of ALL Parents and Students that will go on the Band Trip.  At this meeting, we will update medical information (bring insurance cards if it has changed since Marching Season) fill our Prescription Drug Info. (bring names of ALL Rx medication your child will need to take on the trip) and sign other documents required by AISD.

All Parents and Students will receive an Itinerary and other important trip info you will need to get ready for the Trip.  We will also go over all rules and regulations and have you sign off that you and your child are aware of all AISD policies and AHS Band Trip policies.

The meeting will be in the AHS Auditorium on April 5th at 7:00 pm!!!

It will be a very fun and informative meeting…..and it is REQUIRED!  If you do not attend, your child will NOT be able to go on the trip!    Also, be sure your trip is paid in full by the meeting.  If you have an outstanding balance it MUST be taken care of at the meeting.

Thank you
Michael Hejny
